About Reyné O’Shaughnessy
Reyné O’Shaughnessy has studied the health and wellness of high-achieving individuals in high-pressure positions. As an airline pilot for 33 years for a Fortune 50 company, Reyné has been studying self-care and related wisdom techniques for over a decade.
She mentors others in high-pressure positions like hers who need support to better understand themselves in order to lead a healthier, more rewarding life by putting practical, yet key techniques into practice.
Trained in Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) at Brown University which is known to be a Public Health University.
